Q: for a january trip with my wife whats the actual difference between mixed bag and dove only hunting, like how much less dove hunting would we do on a mixed bag trip

Our High-Volume Dove program is entirely dedicated to dove hunting, offering two shooting sessions per day. You'll experience the incredible density of doves that Argentina is famous for, maximizing your time in the field specifically for doves.
The Mixed Bag program, on the other hand, is designed for hunters who want to experience the diversity of Argentine wingshooting. While it still includes fantastic dove hunting, it incorporates dedicated sessions for other species. Typically, this means you would substitute one or more mornings of dove hunting for either:
• Duck hunting: Available from May to August (so not for your January trip).
• Perdiz hunting: Available from May to August (so not for your January trip).
• Pigeon hunting: Available year-round.
Given you're considering January, a Mixed Bag trip would primarily combine High-Volume Dove hunting with Pigeon hunting. You would generally dedicate one or more mornings to pigeon hunting, and then enjoy high-volume dove shooting in the afternoons or on other full days.
