Terms of Service

By booking a trip with AWS Lodge and rendering payment through AWSMKT LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your dates at AWS Lodge. All deposits are securely processed through AWSMKT LLC (USA). Prices are quoted in USD. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival or on-site as previously agreed with your host.

2. Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our lodge and the limited dates available, deposits are generally non-refundable but can be rolled over to future dates within the same calendar year, subject to availability and our management's discretion. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, such as Global Rescue, to protect your investment.

3. Liability and Risk

Outdoor activities, travel, and hunting involve inherent risks. By participating in our programs, guests acknowledge these risks. AWSMKT LLC and AWS Lodge (including its staff, guides, and affiliates) shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or delay incurred during the trip. Guests will be required to sign a standard liability waiver upon arrival at the lodge.
