Q: for the argentine asado and other meals what kinda gourmet food can we expect and can you handle my wife's no red meat thing
The Argentine asado is one of the highlights of the AWS Lodge dining experience, but it is not the only style of meal served. Menus may also include empanadas, salads, pasta, poultry, pork, fish, vegetables, desserts, and other Argentine or international dishes depending on the season and the confirmed stay.
A guest who does not eat red meat can be accommodated. Please provide that information before arrival so appropriate alternatives can be planned for every meal, including the asado. Meals and beverage inclusions follow the written program or quotation confirmed for the group.
