Q: how flexible are you guys with booking out the whole lodge or like specific wings for large corporate groups
We are very flexible when it comes to accommodating large corporate groups and ensuring a fully private experience. In fact, our lodge is designed to offer an exclusive, private experience for one group at a time. This means when you book with us, you automatically have the entire lodge to yourselves, ensuring complete privacy and dedicated service for your corporate retreat. There are no "specific wings" to book separately, as the entire lodge is reserved for your party.
We can comfortably host up to 8 single hunters or 8 couples. If your corporate group exceeds 8 hunters, we can discuss options like splitting dates to maintain that VIP, private experience for everyone. Our all-inclusive multi-day packages ensure all logistics are handled, from luxury lodging and gourmet meals to professional guides and open bar, making it a perfect turnkey solution for corporate events.
