Argentine asado is an important part of the AWS Lodge experience, but it does not represent every meal during the stay. Guests can also expect a varied selection of appetizers, salads, pasta, vegetables, poultry, pork, fish, desserts, and other Argentine or international dishes according to the season and confirmed program.
A vegetarian guest can be accommodated when the requirement is communicated in advance. Suitable alternatives can be planned throughout the stay, including during the asado, rather than simply serving the side dishes prepared for the rest of the group.
