The traditional Argentine asado is a featured part of the AWS Lodge dining experience, but the stay includes a broader variety of meals rather than barbecue at every service. Menus may include appetizers, salads, pasta, vegetables, poultry, pork, fish, desserts, and other Argentine or international preparations.
Vegetarian requests can generally be accommodated when disclosed in advance. The kitchen can plan complete alternatives for the relevant meals, including the asado, once the guest's use of eggs, dairy, broths, and shared preparation surfaces has been clarified.
