Q: Is June a good month for dove hunting in Argentina?

AWS EXPERT REPLY
Yes. June is an excellent month for dove hunting in Argentina, especially for hunters who want to combine doves with other game birds.

Dove shooting remains very good at AWS Lodge, but June is particularly attractive because it falls within our Mixed Bag season. Depending on the program and current regulations, hunters can combine afternoon dove shooting with morning duck or perdiz hunting.

The cooler winter weather is also comfortable for long days outdoors. Shooting periods are generally shorter than during the long summer days, but the variety of species makes June one of the most complete wingshooting experiences of the year.

For hunters interested only in maximum-volume dove shooting, the September through March period may be preferable. For variety, June is one of our favorite months.
