Q: what's the standard tipping amount for bird boys and lodge staff for a 5 day trip in february

AWS EXPERT REPLY
That's a great question, as tipping is an important part of showing appreciation for the hard work of our dedicated staff.

For a 5-day trip, a customary gratuity for our bird boys typically ranges from $50-$70 per hunter, per day. For the lodge staff (chefs, housekeepers, bartenders, etc.), a collective tip of around $300-$500 per hunter for the entire trip is generally recommended. These amounts are, of course, entirely at your discretion and should reflect the exceptional service you receive.

To help me tailor the best information for you and send you a custom proposal for your trip, could you please share your email address? Also, what time of year are you considering for your trip?

Our staff handles all the hard work in the field. Always confirm final gear and itinerary details directly with our team. Contact Staff »

"Honestly the best wingshooting trip of my life. The high-volume dove shooting is exactly as advertised - non-stop action. The lodge is luxurious and the staff makes you feel like family."

"I was skeptical about the 'no internal flights' claim, but it's true. Landed in BA and was hunting by the afternoon. The mixed bag program allowed me to hunt ducks and perdiz in the same trip. Top notch."

"The food alone is worth the trip. The asados in the field were incredible. If you are looking for a luxury lodge near Buenos Aires, this is the one. Can't wait to return next season."
