Q: what's the typical amount to tip the bird boys and the lodge staff for a february trip
It's a great question, and tipping is a thoughtful way to acknowledge the exceptional service our team provides at AWS Lodge.
For our dedicated bird boys, a typical gratuity is around $60 to $80 per day, per hunter. They work incredibly hard to ensure your hunting experience is seamless and productive.
For the lodge staff, who ensure your comfort, provide gourmet meals, and maintain the luxurious environment, a collective tip of approximately $100 to $150 per day, per hunter for the entire team (chefs, housekeepers, guides, bartenders, etc.) is customary. This can be given to the lodge manager at the end of your stay, and it will be distributed among the staff.
These are general guidelines, and ultimately, the amount is at your discretion based on the quality of service you receive.
To help me tailor the best information for you and send you a custom proposal for your February trip, could you please share your email address? Also, how many hunters are you planning for your group?
