That's an excellent question! May marks the beginning of our Mixed Bag Program season, so a typical hunting day at AWS Lodge is a truly immersive and luxurious experience, expertly designed for both high-volume shooting and ultimate comfort.

Here's a general outline of what your day might look like in May:

• Pre-Dawn (approx. 5:30 - 6:00 AM): Your day begins with a gentle wake-up call, followed by a delicious continental breakfast at the lodge, featuring fresh pastries, fruits, coffee, and juice. Our team will have everything ready.
• Morning Hunt (approx. 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Depending on your program, you'll embark on a short, comfortable drive (5-45 minutes) in our custom Unimogs or Jeeps to one of our 32 prime private lagoons or dove fields. For a Mixed Bag trip, this could be a thrilling duck hunting session from blinds, or an exciting perdiz hunt with pointing dogs. If you're focused on doves, you'll be quickly positioned for an incredible high-volume shoot. Each hunter has a dedicated bird boy to ensure a seamless experience.
• Gourmet Midday Break (approx. 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM): You'll either return to the luxurious lodge for a traditional Argentine lunch and siesta, or enjoy a legendary field lunch right where you're hunting. Our field lunches are an experience in themselves, often featuring an authentic Argentine asado (BBQ) prepared by our chef, complete with fine wines, local craft beers, and homemade desserts.
• Afternoon Hunt (approx. 2:30 PM - Sunset): After a relaxed break, it's back to the fields for the second hunting session of the day. This is often another high-volume dove shoot, or if you're on a mixed bag, it might be another opportunity for perdiz or even a different duck spot.
• Evening Relaxation & Fine Dining (Sunset onwards): Upon returning to the lodge, you'll be greeted with refreshing drinks, delicious appetizers, and a chance to relax and share stories of the day's adventures. This is followed by a gourmet dinner prepared by our chef, featuring exquisite local ingredients and paired with premium Argentine wines. The evening concludes with time to unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a nightcap before resting up for another exciting day.

Our multi-day packages are completely all-inclusive, covering luxury lodging, gourmet meals, an open bar, and professional guides. We handle all the logistics for you, including arranging gun rentals and hunting licenses, which are added to your final itinerary so you don't have to worry about the details.
