At AWS Lodge, every day is designed for an unforgettable hunting and luxury experience, especially in May when the weather is often ideal for high-volume dove and mixed bag hunting. Here’s a typical daily schedule:
• Early Morning (Around 6:00 AM): Your day begins with a gentle wake-up call, fresh coffee, tea, and a light breakfast spread to get you energized.
• Morning Hunt (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM): After a short and comfortable drive (typically 5-45 minutes in our fleet of Unimogs or Jeeps to our prime private lagoons), you'll be dropped off at your hunting blind. Each hunter has a dedicated bird boy to assist with shells, guns, and retrieving birds, ensuring a seamless experience. You'll enjoy a high-volume shoot, often targeting doves or a mixed bag depending on your package.
• Gourmet Lunch & Siesta (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM): We return to the lodge for a magnificent gourmet lunch, featuring traditional Argentine asado (BBQ), fresh salads, and fine wines. Alternatively, depending on the hunting grounds, we might serve a delicious field lunch. This is followed by a relaxing siesta or time to unwind by the pool.
• Afternoon Hunt (2:00 PM - 5:30 PM): After recharging, it’s back to the fields for another exciting hunting session, taking advantage of the afternoon flight patterns.
• Evening Relaxation & Open Bar (5:30 PM onwards): Upon returning to the lodge, you'll be greeted with refreshing drinks at our open bar. You can relax, share stories of the day's hunt, and enjoy appetizers.
• Gourmet Dinner & Socializing: The evening culminates with a gourmet dinner prepared by our chef, featuring exquisite local and international cuisine, paired with premium Argentine wines. It's the perfect time to reflect on your day and enjoy the company in our luxurious lodge.
