Q: what specific duck species are we likely to see in april down there
Argentina offers a fantastic variety of duck species for hunters. While specific migrations can vary slightly, in April, you can typically expect to see species such as Rosy-billed Pochards, White-cheeked Pintails, Yellow-billed Pintails, Silver Teal, Cinnamon Teal, Speckled Teal, Red Shovelers, and Southern Wigeon, among others. Our expert guides are very familiar with the local patterns and will take you to the best lagoons, which are typically 5-45 minutes from the lodge.
These exciting duck hunts are typically offered as an add-on to our multi-day packages, often part of our renowned Mixed Bag Program, for an additional quoted upon request by our team. Unless you are booking a 1-day trip, our multi-day packages are completely all-inclusive. This covers luxury lodging, gourmet meals, open bar, and professional guides. We handle all the logistics for you, including arranging gun rentals and hunting licenses, which are added to your final itinerary so you don't have to worry about the details.
To help me tailor the best information for you and send you a custom proposal, could you please share your email address? Also, are you primarily interested in a Mixed Bag experience, or are you considering other programs?
*(AWS Expert Note: Please be aware that our Mixed Bag programs, including Duck and Perdiz hunting, strictly run during the Argentine winter from mid-May to mid-August. For trips in April, we exclusively offer our world-renowned High-Volume Dove program, which is spectacular year-round!)*
