Even if airport firearm clearance takes longer than expected, guests retain three full private dove-hunting days plus a final morning shoot.
When clearance timing and daylight allow, the program may also begin with an arrival-afternoon bonus hunt.

AWS reviews firearm travel plans before departure and personally coordinates the current Ezeiza arrival and departure process for approved guests traveling with personal firearms.
Guests must advise AWS in advance whether they are traveling with one or two firearms. All firearm travel plans must be reviewed and approved by AWS before departure. No guest may arrive at Ezeiza International Airport with an unannounced firearm.

Do I need to notify AWS before traveling with a firearm?
Yes. Guests must advise AWS in advance whether they are bringing one or two firearms. Unannounced firearms cannot be coordinated at Ezeiza.
What happens if airport clearance takes time?
The itinerary is designed to retain three full private hunting days and a final morning shoot. The arrival-afternoon hunt is a bonus opportunity when timing allows.

They require individual advance review and may involve additional documentation.
Do I need domestic flights?
No. AWS Lodge is approximately 2.5 hours from Ezeiza International Airport by private transfer.
